why would Strasburg buy any of those engines? They have more than enough steam to use already. Buying, restoring, and running all those three steamers alone would be way past expensive, and wouldn't seem right.
I may know little-to-nothing about railroad business and commerce, but I'd rather the money go towards restoring them for a mainline steam program so that the "investors" get there money worth.

...And 4-6-0 #20 needs finishing. She's being brought back from the dead on display for over 30 years, I'd like her to have a little more precedence...

RGS 20 is on a back burner, it needs money, about $150,000 worth!!
I think thats AFTER all of 318's money was dumped into RGS 20's fund, leaving enough to cosmetically restore 318.
Every dime is going to 20 right now, its gonna take a total of about a million to do all the work on her.
