Many years ago they were all available from John W. Maxwell. He has since passed on but his son has maintained the collection (or had as of a year or two ago). They are modestly priced (in O scale). I'd do a search for John W. Maxwell or perhaps The Maxwell Collection and see what turns up. I had almost all of them but no longer build model trains so gave them all to Prowler since they also included all the D&RGW loco plans as well as freight cars. Now if I can just get him to make my favorite NG engine (the T-12 4-6-0), lol.
