Free trail offer extended?

Hello ! Not sure where to post this but I keep getting emails about the free month offer for First Class Ticket but the code provided doesn't work (invalid) when I click "apply" in the Discount Code. So I''m kind of puzzled as to the meaning and purpose of these emails. Anyone else has tried ?

I saw the same email and tried getting it through the trainz store. It didn't work. I tried using planet auran, and got it to work through there.

Correct - the free trial is done through MyTrainz > MyMemberships not through store.trainzportal.com.

I would also suggest you choose either the Trainz Plus or Silver trial option as they both include an FCT anyway, so why not try the latest features or latest DLC as well?

Thank you all. I did use AURAN. I think I found out what the issue is: "FOR NEW CUSTOMERS". I had bought TrainZ a LONG time ago !! (2009) But then:

1) Why showing this on my dashboard, "MY TRAINZ" if I am not illegible ?!
2) Why sending me emails about this ?

Well, I tried A potential customer ($14.99 a month) who will then stick with TS 2020 but instead will be buying Train Sim World.
