Free screen recording software

Hi guys, I want to be able to screen record what I'm doing in Tainzs to help get the answers to some questions I've got, so I thought I would ask you guys as lots of you do this?

If on Windows, press the Windows and G key at the same time

Command + Shift+5 for screen capture/recorded for Macs.
