Forgot how to open a CPD file....

Greetings...
I'm drawing a blank in my memory. I can't remember how to open a CPD file. I've done it in the past and it's probably right under my..........nose.........finger......brain cell........something.

Any clues leading me in the right direction is much appreciated.

That's what I thought too, but it couldn't find the file after I downloaded it.

open your browser and do a Crtl J that should show you the files you've downloaded and where they are. I normally set a folder called downloads and download to that folder rather than use the windows default.

That's the way it's supposed to be.........but ...Chicago ? ....happens all the time.
