This is Chug Chug's wife posting in regards to my emails not being replied too. As I've said in the emails I pre-ordered the Trainz 2009 Game for my husband on November 4th through Paypal, and you started delivering the games here in the UK on the 16th of Dec. I received a copy on the 22nd but no return address from the supplier here in the UK so I don't know where it came from, but I wrapped it up and gave it to my husband for Christmas and when he opened it Christmas morning, the box was empty except for the manual. I contacted you right away, and you did reply on the 26th saying you would have another copy sent out priority. It is now Jan 12th and we still haven't received anything. I've asked you to contact the supplier here in the Uk or pass along the details to me so that I could contact them. It's a lot of money to spend on a game that we haven't got, all we are asking for is the game so he can play it and if you are unable to do that, then a refund and we will wait till it is in the shops here in the UK and will buy it then........but would someone please respond to this. It's very upsetting as it was the only gift I gave to him for Christmas and I feel really bad that this has happened. PLEASE HELPPPPPPP
