Just caught the FEC Office Car Special they did for CSX to explore Intermodal opportunities. They had a 2 hr dinner in Bayside prompting me to head out and see the op for itself. Here are my findings!

A nice catch, and you're quite the videographer ; very well done. Was that a generator for the passenger cars on that flatcar?

Wow, nice catch.

First off, I love the scheme on the 40-2, very eye catching.

Secondly, you have to give the FEC personnel credit, a generator for HEP power on a stack car. Now that shows someone was thinking.

Interesting video. I was a bit surprised at an early part where a pedestrian simply ducked under the barrier and walked in front of the train the other side.

I live about 20 miles north of West Palm beach and have seen this train go by the local hot dog & beer joint of late. Love those cars.

Wow Tolga, you caught a truly special train. I haven't seen the Florida East Coast Railway's Office Car Special in five years. But, it's definitely nice to see the train again.
