Floating Road Vehicles

While loading passengers on my route, I noticed that the cars on my roads were floating about 5 feet off of the surface of the road. How do I get them to obey gravity?
I'm using the "Road Medium Density" if that matters
 
I too find this odd, also when vehicles appear and disappear in unexpected places. Which is why I made my own streets as I'm not too bothered about moving road vehicles but prefer having a few parked (a hangover from traditional railway modelling, no doubt).

You can either use roads such as LP road, where the road floats to the carz level, you can lower the road to the ground... Or you can download vehicles with the AJS system where you can adjust their height. Search Dinorius_Redundicus on the DLS, AJS, or just do an open vehicle search and look for ones that have the AJS script. You would then have to create your own traffic region using said vehicles. There is also a way to add the AJS to existing vehicles, but it's a little tricky and I don't remember who figured that one out. You can also do a forum search for AJS.
 
Just from what I gather from studying up on 09 or 10 as far as what to get if and when I upgrade, the draw distance in 10 seems to be a major concern causing some folks to revert to 09.
