I'm looking for a flatbed that has rails on it (preferably dual gauge track) to load trains onto the flatbed without having to go through the hassle of turning a cloned engine into a loadable product. I'm looking for a Standard Gauge flatbed with dual gauge track on it for Narrow gauge and standard gauge, and a narrow gauge flatbed that has dual gauge track for narrow gauge and 15 inch gauge track. Can someone please help me out?

That's not possible. It needs to be it's own loadable mesh.

Why is it not possible? And where would I get loadable track?

It's not possible because the trainz code only allows products to be loaded on loadable assets.

well in this video, i saw a flatcar with rails and it had a engine on it that was pulled off the flatbed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6LC5WCVnHs

That was done with effects, the loco on the wagon is a product type, the part when it drives off the flat car to the track was by making another track go over the flat car and placing the loco on it and resume the video.

Unless you make a mesh of a flatbed that included the engine, effectively making it part of the vehicle.
Else: No.

No, unless you change the mesh of said track to include the train
