Flashing Ditch Lights

I've seen a flashing ditch lights feature on various locos. I've never seen them flash. Is there a hotkey to make tehm flash? I'm using TRS2009.

Since we are on the subject of flashing lights can the roof mounted strobe lights on some locomotives be made to operate?

and also our roof mounted strobes/beacons are controlled too.

I think a 2-6-0 steam engine on east coast trainz,Tidewater point #260 has this,but this feature is for trainz versions like,trainz classics and trainz 2009,possibly 2010 only,oh and to trigger it on and off is this key ;!
