You will have to activate it manually. Visit https://www.auran.com/planetauran/AT_display_tickets.php#FCT, then click the Activate link next to your newly purchased First Class Ticket. It may take up to 48 hours to fully activate though, and you will need to clear the download helper list in Content Manager if there are assets in it.
