up to 24 hours to kick in is about the norm for a FCT

There are some tricks you can do that usually speed up the process (such as changing your password). However they aren't a sure-fire way & you may still have to wait 24hrs. I believe (at least it used to) that it tells you when you activate it that it can take up to 24hrs.

Keep in mind that after buying the FCT, you need to manually activate it.

If you did: go to CM, remove all the things in the download list and remove your password, close CM, restart CM, enter your PW. This usually triggers the FCT to start working.
