First class ticket

Hello,
I purchased a 1 year first class ticket.

Im trying to download some routes and it's apparently active because the download speed is now up to about 1/4 of my total bandwidth on my internet connection compared to before which was downloading at like 3.4kb

But I've just tried to download another route and there is amessage at the bottom of Content Manager 2 that says, such and such item can not be downloaded because you have exceeded your 100MB quota for today.

Looking at the FCT page it states:
Speed up your Trainz Downloads now. Unlimited downloads every day

I take that to mean, UNLIMITED download every day, i.e. no 100MB daily quota. If that is not so, then refund the ticket price since i've not used it and am using the 90 ticket that was sitting in my account that I didn't know about until I bought the new ticket, otherwise just tell me what it is that I must do to my account to get the Unlimited downloads every day and not get caught up in this 100MB quota stuff.

But Content Manager is stopping me at 100MB, shutting down CM2 and restarting it doesn't get rid of that, it pops back up whenever I try to download the routes that I want.

Please help, this is ultra frustrating to me after paying out the $19.99 that I swore I would never pay.

... turn it on and then wait for a coule of days, and then pray auran stuffers ar around --- it mind 3 weeks to kick in, at one time .... :'(

Just hang on a moment, this is not the current FCT is it ????

You have another one activated for 90 days, which I assume is what you have purchased today, is this correct Kamidan ???

If so, then yes, unfortunately, you may have to wait 24 hours or so, as Auran are in Australia and it takes a little while to get the system to accept your FCT request, before you start downloading......

When did you obtain the other 12 month FCT by the way ???

NEVER have 2 FCT's activated at the same time, it's wasting your money......

Just be a little patient and then you can download as much as your computer will let you, there's thousands of assets available and they will still be there tomorrow, or next week even......:hehe:

There are two FCT's. I didn't see the one that was good for 90 days, and don't have a clue where it came from, perhaps from buying Trainz 2006 and never used, or maybe from preordering Trainz 2009. I didn't notice it until I bought the 365 day ticket.

The other one isn't a 365, it's only a 90 day.

Yeah I noticed that it wouldn't be a good thing to have two of them running at the same time, however I figured that if I were to activate them both, then it would just add more time to the current FCT's expiration date, but didn't want to try it out to find out that I'd thrown away 3 months or something.

Okay, see now the strange thing to me is that I was granted instant upgrade in download speeds, before activating the ticket, I was getting worse than dialup speeds (3.4kb/sec) and after activating the 90 day ticket and logging in again with CM2, it bumped up to about 256kb/sec indicating it had taken and was active until the 100MB limiter kicked in.

Hopefully they can get it taken care of soon, I've seen lots of routes I'd like to try out.
 
How Long Will CM2 Take To Recognize My FCT?

I'm running here in the Northeast US, New Joisey to be exact. I'm regularly downloading at over 200KBps - 1 MBps or more over Verizon fiber yet from Auran I am only getting 3.49KBps.

I've activated my FCT and it still is not being recognized by the Content Manager after two hours. I activated by TRS2006 & TS2009 tickets - giving me 180 days of fun.

The 3.5 KBps is a killer though.

Does anyone know how long it takes for CM2 to see my FCT?

(We just got the TS2009, two days after Christmas - Oh well, so much for a pre-ordered present for my son. The beta died early in the month and he's been without it for almost 4 weeks. My 11 year-old son really wants to get going on this.)

It seems a lot of people don't understand the OP's problem, (I don't have the answer but) ....................................

Must have been active for a week or two at least, he should not be
restricted to the 100MB a day.

I have seen this sorted out before but can't remeber how, other than
the person contacted the Helpdesk.
