First Class Ticket Activation Hold Up

Pending permissions update, please check back soon,,,,,,,soon is really the word we need to understand what it means,,it means ,,any minute now,,in a short time ,before long , So again it means alot faster than it is stated or change the word
if a back log is what is holding these things up then hire more staff,
for god sake you have our money ,how would you like it if we took your product and you found this in where your payment should be

My FCT was ready as soon as payment was processed at 12 midnight US EST, and I then "Activated" the "Activate FCT Button" at Planet Auran ... I was downloading in side of 1 hour (1 AM US EST).

If you don't click: "Activate FCT", and clear your download list ... it will never kick in

Try this:
  • Go into "profile" (button, top of this forum page).
  • Change your password (you can use the same one).
See if that kicks things into life......

You may be one of the unfortunate few who need their account resetting by Auran. I would suggest you submit a ticket to the helpdesk (link at the top of this forum page).

Allow a while for a response from the helpdesk because the Trainz team is very small and there is only one guy (Zec) who looks after the helpdesk. He will sort out your problem but cut him some slack because there can sometimes be a bit of a backlog of tickets and he has to take these in turn. A polite request for an extension of your FCT expiry date, to compensate for the delay, might be an idea.

if it had been activated by Auran wouldn't it state in my Planet Aurans ticket status[ active ] rather than
status pending permission update

I believe it will show up as "Active" but that doesn't necessarily mean your profile data has been updated. The password reset trick seems to force Auran's database into a full refresh of user data.
