Firefox 10 will enable the "top" buttons to work on the forum.

I have 9.01 installed the other day coz firefox kepy on nagging me yo, but haven't seen anything about 10 yet.

I did install Firefox10, just now, and don't see any difference.

The screen is still blinding white and many of the 'Old' features are missing.

Think I agree with those who say if it ain't broke don't fix it... but then its already
been "Fixed"... to my dismay!

I had the previous version of firefox installed when the new forums came on line the first time, and the navigation buttons to go to the "top" of the screen did not work.

The 'Top' button works instantly with IE9...at least it does for me. Maybe this is something they fixed during the second Forum shut-down recently.

I don't like FireFox to say the least, it is not panning out to be better than IE for me. I tested it against the previous forum build and it lost...but if it works better than IE now...

However I have found that if you miss the pop-up for the update, you can go to their website and download the latest build. It will auto install.

Top button works for me in IE9 and it seems this version works properly with IE9 for new posts. The old forum didn't work properly with IE9 for keeping track of new posts. So one improvement for me so far.

Microsoft Internet Explorer & Mozilla FireFox...no difference on this forum...

After using FireFox v10 for several hours I find it no difference with accessing any features or any gain of speed.

IEv8 has a "homepage" feature that allows up to 8-homepages viewable one at a time or all at a time...IE9 does not have this feature, but if you can bookmark http://forums.auran.com/trainz/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post in either browser, then you will get all posts since your last visit.

It is the URL that is the function of the "New Posts" link.
