finding unknowen kuids

I went to DLS/blackscreen to find a unknowen kuid #==12:24005.
Typed in helpdesk, click search got 99000 or so.
Now how do i fine this kuid, if i type in that kuid #

NOTE: Please enter in at least 3 characters when searching for KUIDs
What do i do to fine that number???

You omit the < > , and all other tags in the search box.

ie: kuid2:522774:100049:1

Google returned a host of hits on "kuid 24005". You can try to deduce which it is from there.

I tried Using helpdesk as user name but there so many it take me forever to fine it that way. I don't know what this is or i could search under title.

Have you tried using the search feature in Content Manager? Not all assets appear on the web-based DLS.

(Search for Asset Kuid, and the full KUID number)

If you really want to find your kuid, then post the kuid number that is missing this item and we'll help you. By the way, a valid kuid has to be of the form kuid:xxxxx:yyyyy or kuid2:xxxxx:yyyyy:n.

If the missing kuid is:

-12:24005

that one is built in to Trainz Classics which unfortunately seems to be the only version you do not have.

The asset is Signal_USA1_05.
