find object in main menu

Yesterday when I was setting up industries in Midwest Grain 3.0 I need another rail car so I saved what I had done and exited the game and when I went back to the route and clicked main menu and find object but there was nothing there not even the window. My question is what happened

Two possibilities here.

Firstly, are you running Trainz as administrator if using Windows Vista or later?
Secondly, are you loading your modified session not the original session?

yes I am using run as administrator this is the original session

it also happens with all the routes I have installed

I would suggest you check if the process saved a modified session in that case, as that's what it usually does when it's a route not under your user ID.

Does that include routes you have created?

I have never created any routes
