FCT problem AGAIN

oh great i ran into this bug again:'(
ANYWAYS ive paid for my FCT and i activated it but when i go to the DLS it says i need to get one. but i already have one activated

any help?

Check your firewall settings to ensure that everything is working properly.

There may also be Planet Auran issues, which require you to reenter your login information.

When the FCT works, which is usually 99.9999% of the time, it works great.
