FCT Not Working In CM2

I have just activated a 3 month FCT, how do I get it to work in CM2?

It may already be working, just not showing up as active. If you have 2004 or 2006 check to see if either of those versions show that the FCT has been activated.

I had the same problem. It took over 24 hours for the activation to actually show in CM2 however when I downloaded assets using CM2 it was apparent that it had indeed been activated.

Try and download something and see what speeds you are achieving. You may have the same situation.

The FCT appears in TRS2006 CMP but not in TS2009 CM2.

I get a fast download speed, yet CM2 says I have reached my 100mb download limit.

I found that I could DL as much as I wanted even though CM2 said I had reached my limit.

I would suggest contacting the help desk tomorrow if the problem has not fixed itself. As I said it took over 24 hours before CM2 acknowledged by activating the FCT.

The FCT status appears on the CMP tool bar. The FCT status appears in Files - Settings - Internet window in CM2.

24 hours later the FCT has appeared in CM2.
