Faulty Dependencies

Just wondering how to fix faulty dependencies with content that has been made to run on the same version?

Its not a patch but a set of tools/apps that help repairing and updating assets.

I'm just having trouble with content mainly from Jointed Rail I'm downloading content made for TS2012 and there are faulity dependencies that keep coming up and prevent me from sing the asset(s) to which they belong.
