VERY VERY NICE!

Britannia rules the Waves again!!!

She will look great on a port visit with the HMVS Cerberus down under

For friends from Australia
Designed by Edward Reed, the Chief Constructor for the Royal Navy, she was one of seven similar vessels. The ship was built by Palmer Shipbuilding & Iron Co. shipyard.
She was a steam powered ironclad of revolutionary design, mounting four guns in two large turrret to the fore and aft of her superstructure. This was a drastic break with the traditional design of wooden warships and pointed the way forward to the battleship of the end of the nineteenth century and first half of the twentieth.
She was the first major British warship to be powered entirely by steam, i.e. lacking sail.

HMS Inflexible, battleship of the Royal Navy. Inflexible was built at Portsmouth and launched on 27th April 1876. She was the first battleship to have submerged torpedo tubes and compound armour. She served at Alexandria engaging Forts Pharos and Ada, and was the most heavily damaged of all the ships present during the exchange. after serving as port guardship at Portsmouth she was sold in 1903.

Once my tramper is complete I intend to make a few year variations of her, and then the portland followed by the USS Maine,,

I have complete plans for both.

PS where did you find plans for the Inflexable?/

Bui;lt ehm already but FAR too many polys``

The Gmax exporter craps out at about 20 to 25000 polies and even with tricks like attachment, 50 to 60k polys is all most trainz video cards start blinking out

not counting what happens when you get near ports
