Fallen Sites?

I'm just kind of curious, where did virtuallandscaping.com (broken link on USLW forum RN thread), ustrainz.com, trainzstation.com and their content disappear to? It would appear that the sites have been shut down, but where did the content go?

Cheerio,
Nicholas.

Hmm. How about virtuallandscaping.com then? The (broken) link I followed was dated September 10, 2007 on Trainzforums. Granted, it's a very old thread (and route) already, but considering the latest post was 21 March 2009, people are still having fun with the route and something has to be done about that broken link?

Additionally, I'm having a wee bit of trouble getting around GAURC's site. I can't seem to find the downloads section, although there's alot of train news and Caddylars.

Cheerio,
Nicholas.

Yeah, I don't know about the first one you mention, and I boycott the other one due "my own opinions regarding their editorial board", so I can't help you with those, sorry.:(

The virtual landscaping stuff should be found in a link near the end of the R&N thread on USLW.

As for the GUARC being homophobic, they really aren't. They just warned users that heterosexual men might not like to see pics of a guy posing while stripped down to his skivvies. My gay friends don't find what they did even remotely offensive. Actually, what one of them said while laughing when he saw the pics was, and I quote, "Lawl, they are right. A straight guy would probably be shocked if he saw these pics."

But I do agree, that it can take some getting used to in order to navigate it.

What happend to that site that was going to bring back the D&RGW?The D&RGW is my favorite railroad.:'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Thank you Jade, you are correct
Since this topic often leads to banning and such, i will speak of it here.

Following some links from Cowboyz train station and Tall Trees railroad, there's this Southern California Trainz at socaltrainz.com which seems to have created routes like Cajon, Tehachapi and Mojave. It seems to have been taken down?

Yep, that was Weevil's site. He's still active over at TrainzDev.

Hmm. Are his routes still available? They should be good reference for a little something I'm working on..

Nicholas.
