Where can i find that loco's tender? i can't find it anywhere

You need to really look for it. It is incorrectly labeled as a scenery object. Search for "tender" or such in the buildings section.

Your tender is backwards. The weird thing is, a tender turned backwards doesn't seem to make a difference. I wonder is you could feed two locos off the same tender

The coal bunker would be on the wrong side for at least one loco, the fireman wouldn't be able to get at it.
