European coal Facility?

I'm searching for an industry that I had in either 2004 or 2006.
It's not called coal but is used like coal.
It had big troughs that you could unload at and it would scoop up whatever you unloaded, and it had about four tracks under the hoppers that you could load up your hoppers with coal.
I forgot the name of the product but it was from europe or england.

Any ideas? would be welcome.
