Error: Too Many Connections

Using TS19 Build 117009.

Downloading using CM and get this error: Unable to download asset <kuid:xxxx:xxxx> . Too many connections.

What connections?

Does anyone have a solution please.

The connection is okay here.

Do you have a Firstclass Ticket (FCT)?

Without the FCT, the bandwidth is limited as well as the number of people that can access the server at the same time. If you have an FCT, check that it hasn't expired.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes I have a FC Ticket. I have just checked and it is valid/live until August 2023.

It also shows up on the Start Screen as being valid (though it still invites me to buy another one )
