Gerry,

Ensure that the texture file exists. If it does not, remove the referencing texture.txt file, and that should fix that.

If the file does exist in the folder, but still cannot load there are two possibilities.

1) The texture was placed in the wrong slot when the model was originall built. To fix this issue, you need to run PM2IM and choose the option to open IM files.

2) The other possibility is that the texture file is compressed. A compressed texture will fail to load even though it's in the folder. For this you need a photo-editor such as Gimp or Photoshop to open and resave the file as an uncompressed TGA file.

Hi Gerry,

An alternative to what John said if the texture is not there is to replace the Primary= line with another texture that is there. Maybe alias it to one of the other general textures?

I can tell you now that missing textures have nothing to do with the config.

Kieran.

You pay cash money for something and it doesn't work right, the individual who took your money is the one who is obligated to fix it or refund your cash.

Don't be daft. The individual who took your cash will point out that it worked fine in the version of Trainz for which it was built and that is the end of it. Unless he promised at the time that it would be fixed to work in all future versions which I seriously doubt.
