Error in 2009 Scenario

In the Banks Heath session of the Scenarios in Trainz 2009, you come to set of signals which although yellow from the cab is red in the map. It needs to be red initially to allow two other trains to pass, but it stays on yellow (red) forever. If you drive through it the session terminates with a message saying you've gone through a red light. How can this be fixed?

There's another thread about that somewhere here on the forum. Hopefully it'll be fixed in one of the updates.
That scenario is also in Trainz and TRS2004 and works OK.
I never looked at that signal from the cab. It's been awhile since I tried it, but I believe with the external view it's red.
