You're thinking of Control Point Simulations pretty sure they did IC SD70s and CN SD70s.

I know RRmods didn’t have them because I would done the NS and Conrail versions. They had sd50 and 60s. I don’t remember Frank doing any either. Philc done the standard cabs.
