The renders were done with ScaleTrains's own SD7 3D model, just by JR team members. You may want to hold off on your expectations.I noticed this render during the Scale Trains announcement last month. Perhaps we might see these in the future
That's not likely because someone else is already working on them. Their SC-44s have already been released as a matter of fact:I'm guessing this has been requested somewhere in past pages, but incase not I will say Siemens Charger locomotives, and Venture coaches and cab cars as there are now many operators, and more coming soon.

Still not too late for building the Siemens ALC-42 which is used for long distance trains. I don't see on their site about any plans to build this.That's not likely because someone else is already working on them. Their SC-44s have already been released as a matter of fact:
