yukonzoom and robin_hoods made models of the Amtrak Surfliner F59PHI, but they made models of F59PHI's of other commuter railroads across the country and in Canada. PerRock also made a few also. Several content creators, among those I've listed, have also made matching commuter cars for them.

Does the number have any significance, or is it just a random GP38-2 that they picked?

Also, I wonder if NS would repaint a locomotive in a new scheme if they seriously planned/considered merging with CP.

The "42" in the number may have some significance (read: Amtrak Veteran Units), but IDK.

I'm led to believe one of two things, that's a really good photoshop, or the 1504 is a test bed for UP.

Its not PS. Trains Magazine says UP is the first tester of SD70ACe-T4s
