I'd agree if you changed it to WP U28Bs... I don't believe WP had any C trucked diesel locomotives.

WP at one time had something like 6 or 8 C trucked locomotives. I forget right off hand. All leased from UP. If I remember correctly they were SD40-2's and U30C's. (I might be wrong about the U30C's)

The WP had Two SD40-2's, 2 C30-7's, and 4 SD40T-2's. The SD40-2's were leased from the UP but they looked like this before being repainted after the fall of WP:

the Two SD40-2's they had were 3808 and 3934, (3934 Seen Below)

3808 built for UP originally, 3934 built as MP originally.

UP puts WP reporting marks on a lot of retired/retiring units to free the number up

UP did that to clear space on the roster so they used another one of their owned reporting marks. it doesn't mean they were WP engines per say.

Well, since I like Doubleyoupee a lot, I never saw any C axle truck locos on their roster. I was going to say, wow I just learned something new.
