The "top headlight" is actually a 3 light set known as an Oscitrol light. It was basically meant to be a solid-state replacement for the gyralight with no moving parts. The lights did some sort of weird blinking thing instead of moving.

Why not some passenger stuff? Would love to see a JR take on the Turboliner:

Or even the AEM-7, seeing as the Virtual Beech Grove site has gone down.

The horsepower upgrade is basically a flip of a switch, which allows the engine to use the extra 400 horsepower, and it wouldn't surprise me if the unit gets the upgrade before going into service. Still, the idea of a AC4000CW is pretty cool.

You make it sound so easy. "It just adds the extra 400 horsepower". :hehe: Might not sound like much on a locomotive, but around here you can turn the diesel up on a tractor and add around 10hp, and watch the smoke fly! :hehe:

I've been told it required a wattage upgrade too, an extra 281kW to be more specific. I don't see them making the uprating a priority if they didn't do it while swapping the components necessary.

How about the Nebraska Zephyr? :)

And all the Metra locos, cars:

And maybe Chicago Union Station and the stations and buildings along the Metra BNSF Line, such as this one:

And possibly the CN LNG fuel test set:

Maybe a GG1?

If you can do any of this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, a JR-grade F40PHM-2 is out there somewhere...along with said cab coaches. All we need is regular coaches and a standard F40PH-2. Dreams...

Another skin for the C39-8:

The fires are supposedly due to the units being converted to burn an LNG/diesel mix due to the high altitude.

According to Railpictures.net, the railroad is FCCA (Ferrocaril Central Andino).
