Email Notification's not working

Hi,

I have not received any email notifications since late yesterday Aussie Time. I wonder how many others are seeing the same problem.

Nothing has changed on my system since yesterday, or the day or even the month before :hehe: :hehe: , and my email address is correct

I will send a notice to the HelpDesk as well.

we have tested subscriptions here and all seem to be working, the forums diagnostic tools all report email is fine as well.

If you are still having problems try unsubscribing and resubscribing to a thread.

Hmm this is getting strange, notifications are working as far as the server is concerned.

Well I have received a Notification for this thread and post. However, it was a little strange as I changed my email address to a Hotmail address to see what happens.

I had to go out then and when I started my computer up I had Notifications emails to the "old" address and not the new one at Hotmail :hehe:

Well I have now changed back to my old address so hopefully I have not stuffed anything up ..... again

Hi Craig, yeah i found that bug yesterday, it looks like changing your email in planet auran doesnt update the forum email, its on our list of things to fix.
