Electrical Power Substation

I am looking for an electrical power substation similar to this:

I've searched the DLS for assets and found a few but was wondering if there is a whole one already created, similar to the picture above.

TRS 2004 has two items:
SubStation KUID 1942:27010
SubStation Building KUID 1942:27011
both by Terry Franks - I suggest looking at his website as built-in objects may not be on the DLS.
