driving multiple units

hello I use alot of multiple units either electric or diesel.I am looking for a rule or something that when the train arrives at its destination the driver changes ends ready for the return trip. any help would be great George

You wont see the driver change ends unless the content was created ifor that to happen. But the driver command change train direction will will set the train for the return direction.
