Driving in Cab mode

Does anyone know if it possible to change to Cab mode from DCC mode once the session has started , without exiting and starting again?
If so what are the commands? Cheers

Unless someone knows better, I am not aware of any easy way of doing so - the control mode is set at the start of the session (even if it is set to 'Ask User'.

Actuially, there IS a way to do this. There is a rule on the DLS called "Set Driver Conditions rule." It allows you to switch between DCC and cab mode, change the weather, change the time of day, change the timerate and toggle the lights on all trains on and off while in Driver. I use it in all the sessions I create. You have to add it in the Edit Session section.

It works but for some reason that icon doesn't appear in all sessions in 2010 routes.

That feature is only present if you have the Quick Drive Rule installed in the session.
