Driver wont load, HELP!

I just purchased TS12 and I get a blank main menu after selecting start from the Boot Menu. I have installed the latest patch and my serial is registered. I have tried contacting the helpdesk a few times and i have recieved no response at all. I would really like to play the game. If someone could please help that would be awesome.

Try posting in the TS12 forum and post your full PC specifications.

You can check the tickets on the page you submitted them on, if you keep resending them you will keep going to the back of the queue by the way.
