Driver Scheduler now Sees list of drivers but drivers do not attempt to run schedule

Driver Scheduler now Sees list of drivers but drivers do not attempt to run schedule. No idea what to do about it ... Using TANE and have had no problems when I used this rule with Trainz12 .
