okay, still trying to solve my driver save problem with the junction arrows not showing on part of my route after saving, and reloading. could it be a consist problem, to remove all my consists and put in a built in consist i suppose that may shed some light on it. It seems we all suffer from some sort of woe with this game{more like a profession} And quite honestly why do we bother. I would pay double the price for a glitch free product and even pay for patches that work[ALL MINE FAIL]. I dont want to go down the uninstall and reinstall route again, lost too many routes like that. 2010 has great potential if we could get it to work properly. Just as a after thought are these problems fairly common or are they manifestations of the various types of hardware it is running on. I could ramble on but i will keep battlling on, all possible solutions would be appreciated

I tried 2010 for a while but I couldn,t get on with it so I went back to 2009. Big improvement!. I encountered various bugs and problems one of the worst (for me as it was a route I REALLY wanted to play) was the bad lag on the York - Kings cross route, The age it took to load in and the inabilty to save the route in surveyor mode. Also after doing a schedule for a AI driver I was unable to return to Cab camera. The list goes on... 2010 has some excellent routes but in order to enjoy it requires effort to sort out the problems. There are a number of helpful posts on the subject for anyone willing to persevere with it. The patches wiill help. Did you disable your security software and turn off all other applications that are running in the background? Other than that you need someone who is far more proficient in computer skills than I. Have a look at the posts on this forum for ideas. Try a search for 2010. You could always do what I did... Give up out of frustration and despair and try 2009. You have my sincerest sympathy.
