Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could help me with a few queries I have... (I have TRS2006)

Firstly: When I go into driver, I no longer get the option of DCC or Cab mode, I don't get any options at all, the camera will go to the start board of any layout which means I have to scroll through the entire layout on freeroam to find the trains I am looking for, does anyone know why it's doing this and how to get the options of DCC and CAB mode back?

Secondly: Where do I ask about missing kuids, I have quite a lot of them in my missing dependencies section and would just like to find them and have the content working properly!

Thirdly: On a FCT do you get unlimited downloads or is it still limited to 100MB a day quota?

1. Your first problem sounds like you just install SP1 improperly. Is so, read the readme very carefully.

2. Post missing kuid numbers, a few at a time, in the forum and ask for help.

3. An FCT allows unlimited downloading.

Firstly -- I suspect that the locomotive is not equipped with a cab. Try a different loco and report back.

Secondly -- also try Googling them.

Bob, I thought I had like SP3 for TRS2006 or am I just imagining that? And should I find the latest SP and reinstall?
Phil, I can still go into cab mode if I find a train and click on it, it will allow me to see inside the cab and will then automatically become DCC mode! So not really sure what's happened there!

I will try googling them first and if that doesn't work out I will post them in the forum!

grantyboy You might put the idem that are missing dependences in the DLS and see if DLS can't find them for you first. This work's for me fines most.
You may have to re-install your TRS06 and install SP1 at the same time.
SP1 need to be install with a clean install of TRS06. (there is no SP3 for TRS06)TRS06 without SP1 (US) build 2761 With SP1 build 3092.
FCT is faster DLs too.

Hi danny5!

Yer I have already tried that but nothing is coming up so I am going to google them and then ask on here if I can't find them, secondly If I do re-install TRS2006 is there anyway I can keep all of my content without it deleting it all in the uninstall process?

All of your downloaded stuff is in your TRS2006\local folder so save it before any reinstall.

The first problem sounds like you have not added any drivers to your locos. Make sue you have someone assigned to operate your loco, then you should get the DCC/CAB option and the session will start at a loco.

Thanks to both of you for your quick reply! rweber95 I have now backed up everything from my trainz 2006 directory just in case, didn't realise how much content I actually had!

Motorbreath, it's not that, I did try to assign a driver but it just gives me a blank list... what I am going to do is reinstall trainz all together and hopefully that will fix everything! Thanks again I will let you know if this fixes the problems
