Hi, another newbie question I'm afraid. I think I understand the idea of driver commands but can anyone tell me how to input a driver command into UTC?
Thanks

UTC does not have Driver commands. They were introduced in TRS2004, along with the interactive industries, asset scripting, etc.

Getting an AI train to stop at stations in UTC would be a matter of switching the junctions to get the AI train on the right path, and then switching the train from AI to user-controlled mode at the right moment so that you can manually stop the train.

UTC requires a lot more usage of your imagination when operating trains with stations and industries than TRS2004 does.

If you can write a Scenario using the GameScript language that Trainz uses, then you could simulate AI trains stopping at stations and industries, etc., and maybe even trigger special effects in such cases, but GameScript is similar to the C++ and Java, etc. programming languages, so it is not necessarily for beginners! ;)

Regards.

Thanks for the info. I have used C and C++ before so I might give it a try. Do you know where I can get more info on the program you mentioned?
