I think you have installed a driver command with faults. Use CM to get rid of it. Have a look at the forum thread "Driver Command Error".

So you delete any faulty rules??

No. You either repair them or revert them to original. What happened to me is that I installed a bunch of backed up content and replaced new built in assets with older faulty ones. So all I had to do was revert to original.

The best way to fix them is to first select any content that shows a yellow or red ! Then right click and "view errors and warnings." if that doesn't fix it you can manually repair the content or just select it and ctrl+o to revert it to original. A few of my assets that were causing problems didn't even show that they had errors or warnings, they simply said "modified" with the green triangle. That's what messed me up for so long.

I wouldn't delete anything from "script" unless you know exactly what you're doing. It could cause you to need to do a fresh install. Revert to original is the safest and correct way to fix your problem.
