If you do have a FCT, then you need to make sure it is activated, and if necessary, clear out your download helper list in Content Manager and change your Planet Auran password.

Oooooops just checked and yes my FCT has expired, every year for the last 5 years i renewed it in Feb each year, using the free 28 day bonus each year its moved to the end of May ,just got back from a holiday in the USA i forgot to renew it , think at 65 years old i had better buy the liftime ticket ,memory isn`t what it used to be , many thanks for your help
It's OK - it would be useful if N3V had a system for reminding users when their FCT is about to expire, as not everyone checks their Planet Auran account or uses the web-based DLS.
