What exactly is occuring that prevents you from downloading? any error messages? Are you using a download manager such as FDM (Free Download Manager)? Do you have lots of free hard drive space? Are you on Dial up or on High speed (Broadband or DSL)? When you try to download are you using the link provided in the email sent to you when you paid for the product?

i am trying to download from the website in my email and when i click on it, it askes me for a user name a password, i put it in and nothing... don't know what user name and password it is talking about.

Did you join Planet Auran, and create a profile ?
Did you pick a Username & Password ?
