downloading railcars

can anyone tell me when i download a railcar say like a 40ft flat car it has like 8 or 10 extra kuid with it that have to be downloaded with it? yes i am new to this and am trying to learn. thanks for any help

If you mean on the DLS, then a little arrow will be on the left, click it & it will show any new loads that can go on it.
Example: Say this car can carry General Goods & Plastic Pipes. The General Goods are already buit in, but the Plastic Pipes will be in that arrow because it isn't downloaded yet or it isn't build in too the game.

YES: Those are dependencies like bogeys (trucks) and various loads if it is interactive.
