downloading problem

ive just renewed my first class ticket for a year and activated, it but cant get anything to download on trainz 2004
what im i doing wrong ? or is it a setting anyone help.

no, every time i push the download button , nothing

Does it work in any of your other versions? It may be the fact that TRS2004 is unsupported that may be affecting it as it tries to download a newer version of the asset - you may need to use the old-fashioned method of the web-based Download Station (link to which is above) and the Download Page > Download via FTP links.
