Okdownloaded TMR 2017 and time does't work on my project. tranfred the project from T:ANE and not the time in the driver will not work. down loaded a route for test and it worked fine

You need to include either Startup Options rule or QuickDrive rule in your session. Without one of those, the clock will not run.
