Tucked away in the TRS2009 folder should be a set of sub-folders "2009/extras/documentation/" in there is a manual (it's actually the 2006 one - but it's very similar to the 2009 instructions).
You'll need to register your serial no, then add your username & user login into the Content Manager settings.
You should be able to see the DLS content available.
If you have not purchased the First Class Ticket, you will still see the same items but:-
1) the download speed will be slow
and
2) there is a limit too how much (Mb) you can download.
This often causes misunderstandings - if you select a locomotive, the Content manager will also add it the other parts of the model (e.g. wheels, engine details, sound files, animations etc) - this is much larger than the one item you select, so you may need to be careful and add only one or two items at a time.
As far as I know, the DLS is working - I'm about to head over there...
