Download tickets

Hi there, I've just been online and bought a 3 month 'first class download ticket', first of all I couldn't use it to download anything, then I noticed that I had to go to my profile and activate it. Once I'd got it activated I went back to the Download Station but now every time I try to download it keeps telling me my ticket has expired already.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do or who I contact over this please?

You'll have to make a ticket with the helpdesk, unless you can get it to work by restarting, reentering your information in the internet settings section and so forth.

It's working OK now, I logged out and refreshed the page, logged back in and it was working fine.

Next problem/question is.... How come all the routes are coming up as 'can't find a download url' when you try to download them?

For Future reference you should have your download box cleared when you activate your First Class Ticket. And also it may take a while between activation and it coming into effect. It could take as long as a day or two. Best bet is give it a couple of days and then if it still doesn,t work contact the help desk. I hope this helps other players. As for the URL problem I havn,t come across that one.

Use content manager for downloading when you can, give it time to find all the dependencies then select start.
An example of a route please with no url.

I've tried Northbay County, Swindon to Cirencester, Maine Central, Seaside Quarry to Market Junction and Coutry Placse and each one has given me the same result :- 'couldn't not find a download url', I'm also getting the same message whilst trying to download the Ardennes & Summer Lake update.

Maine central, which author ? All will load into 2012 , only 2 into 2010. CM search, keyword=maine central. If you add category=route you only get mgsappers.
Your trying to put the 2012 version into 2010, it's the only way I could get the error message.
Try maine central TRS 2010 v2, build 2.7 kuid blah blah 100009:1 by mgsapper.

No I'm not fran, all the downloads I mentioned above I was trying to load them for 12 not 10 mate.
