download station

please help i have had computer trouble and have managed to repair it without loosing any of the add ons i down loaded from the download station however now i wish to go in and have a look at something new and to down load a map from there it says i must register my serial number which i have allready done ,when do that it tells me it has been registered to someone else which is incorrect i mistakenly set up 2 profiles a while ago but i cant even get into that one so i can sign on in it either ,, what will i do ??????

Firstly a quick hint, don't write in all Capital Letters, it's looked at as shouting.

Secondly what version of Trainz are you using and do you have a FCT (First Class Ticket)?

I have trs 2009 the version 2.9 but i don't have fct[first class ticket].

Ok, have you installed all the latest patches including SP1?

This should bring you up to version 38599 (diplayed in the lower right of the main menu screen).

As a side note there has been a couple of people mentioning problems with downloading today.

No i haven't.Can you tell me please where i will found SP1 and all the latest patches? And at the lower right of main menu: is diplayed the number 37625.

You will move up to SP1 and then it will eventually auto patch to newest version.
